The barn project is the initiative to reinvent former barns and haylofts, in a forgotten rural area of the north of Spain, into distinctive one of a kind spaces; offering lodging and unique bucolic experiences. The mission behind the effort is to help create a new hope for the deserted villages of this fertile valley carved by a furious river and gifted with endless scenery. Besides natural beauty, this valley also offers a rich architectural art endowment.  Rock art, Medieval art, Roman art, Romanesque art, are some of the past's legacies.  By leveraging its rich art culture and natural beauty, and partnering with inspirational voices within the arts communities, we hope to bring relevance again to this special place where history traces back thousands of years.
